1. All games will be played online on the platform Tornelo.

2. Entry to the tournament is completely free.

3. The tournament is limited to 20 players, and spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. An additional 5 players will be placed on a waiting list in case of absences.

4. All players must create a free account on Tornelo (tornelo.com) before registering. Click here to create your free Tornelo account

5. During registration, players must provide their Tornelo username, which will be used by the organiser to add them to the tournament.

6. Players may participate using a mobile phone, tablet, or computer, but a stable internet connection is strongly recommended.

7. The tournament will follow the Swiss System format, where players compete in multiple rounds and are paired against opponents with similar scores after each round.

8. A total of 6 rounds will be played during the tournament.

9. Each game will be played with a 10+5 time control, meaning each player gets 10 minutes for the game with an additional 5 seconds added after every move.

10. All players must log in to their Tornelo account and be ready at least 15 minutes before the tournament begins.

11. The use of chess engines or any outside assistance is strictly prohibited, and fair play is expected from all participants.

12. Players who are absent at the time of pairing may lose the round by forfeit.
